At Lensation Studio, we are delighted to offer our photography services to capture your special moments. To ensure a smooth booking process and maintain transparency, we have established the following booking amount, refund policy, and rescheduling conditions:

1. Booking Amount:

a. A booking amount of 20% will be required at the time of confirming your photography session. This amount will be deducted from the total package price and serves as a reservation fee to secure your session.

b. The booking amount can be paid via bank transfer to the LENSATION STUDIO account, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the session. The tax invoice will be provided if required.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Cancellation by the Client: - If you cancel your photography session 21 days or more before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of the booking amount. - If you cancel your photography session less than 21 days before the scheduled date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

b. Cancellation by Lensation Studio: - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your photography session due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount or offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Reschedule Conditions:

a. Rescheduling by the Client: - If you wish to reschedule your photography session, please notify us at least 28 days before the scheduled date. - We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a new date, subject to our availability. - If you reschedule your session more than 28 days before the scheduled date, no additional fees will be charged. - If you reschedule your session less than 28 days before the scheduled date, an additional fee of $500 may apply.

b. Rescheduling by Lensation Studio: - In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your photography session due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will work with you to find a new mutually agreed-upon date and time at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request. - The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking amount. - Any products or services already delivered or provided will not be eligible for a refund. - Lensation Studio reserves the right to modify or update the booking amount, refund policy, and reschedule conditions at any time, with prior notice to clients.
